To send an application to the Tadeusz Szeligowski Piano Competition, please follow the instructions below:

1. Download the APPLICATION FORM
2. Fill out the interactive form using your computer
3. Print the completed form, collect the necessary signatures and then send it to the following address: konkurs@posm2.poznan.pl
4. Send the recordings using WeTransfer and fill form fields:
   Email to – konkurs@posm2.poznan.pl
   Your email – email used in the application form
   Title – name and surname of the contestant
